Submit your contribution

Industry and science experts are encouraged to submit their contributions for presentation on the specified topics or any other subjects relevant to the conference’s overarching theme. Abstracts, approximately 300 words in length, should be submitted in English to the conference office. These abstracts must include essential information and significant facts. Online submission is required and should contain the following details: 

  • Title, subject and topic of the contribution
  • 3-6 keywords
  • Full name, organization or company, postal and 
    email addresses of all authors

Before accepting full papers (Scientific Contributions) or presentations (Industrial Contributions), all submitted  abstracts will undergo evaluation. Scientific full papers will undergo a rigorous review process before achieving final acceptance. It is intended that the EPTS proceedings, which will include all scientifically accepted papers,  will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

CONTRIBUTIONS

The EPTS Conference 2026 invites contributions in two categories:

Industrial Contribution

Submission of industrial contributions: May 31, 2026
Notification of accepted abstracts: July 17, 2026

SUBMISSION FOR INDUSTRIAL CONTRIBUTIONS CLOSED

Industry experts are specifically encouraged to participate in the application-oriented industrial track by presenting their issues without the requirement of preparing a full paper. Once the abstract is accepted, the presentation slides will be included in the accompanying industrial transcript. This application-oriented contribution provides an excellent platform for both exhibitors and non-exhibitors to showcase their latest and most innovative technologies.

For industrial contributions it is not necessary to prepare a full paper. Instead of this, the presentation shoud be uploaded and will be published in the accompanying industrial transcript.

 

 

Scientific Contribution

Submission of scientific abstracts: May 17, 2026 
Notification of acceptance of abstracts: June 12, 2026
Submission of full papers: July 14, 2026 → DEADLINE EXTENDED to July 31, 2026 
Review of full papers: August 28, 2026
Submission of final full papers: September 14, 2026

SUBMISSION FOR SCIENTIFIC ABSTRACTS CLOSED

Once your abstract is accepted, your full paper (4-8 pages) will undergo a thorough review by the program committee. The EPTS proceedings, which will encompass all scientifically accepted papers, are planned for publication by IEEE and indexing on Scopus and Google Scholar. Each scientific paper will have two opportunities for discussion.

Submission Format for the Scientific "Full Paper"

Guidelines and template for preparing your full paper submission:

Scientific authors are encouraged to submit full papers. Please use the official IEEE conference template (A4 format) for formatting. The templates are provided directly by IEEE to ensure you are always using the most up-to-date version.

IEEE provides templates in both LaTeX format and Word (DOC/DOCX) format.

All submissions should be uploaded as PDF documents via our submission system.
Industrial Submissions do not have to submit a full paper.

It is intended that the EPTS proceedings, which will include all scientifically accepted papers, will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
